Spotlight Week: Vehara Rupasinghe's Interview

Meet Vehara, one of our communications and marketing team members. Her primary focus during the project was to organize and update the website with the design and visual elements of the website. As part of the team, she has communicated with the media creation team to ensure that every update aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and is easy to navigate. From layout adjustments to colour coordination, Vehara ensures that each visual element is thoughtful and cohesive.

Along with that, Vehara helps out the marketing team’s social media management including Instagram and provides support to other relative teams with ideas and certain tasks that would need to be done. 

With her design and marketing experience, she has been able to incorporate her skills of time management and creativity to ensure our team is being represented as much as possible. Throughout her work, she has sharpened her design skills, developed a deeper understanding of UX principles, and learned the ins and outs of analytics—all valuable assets to our team. Her dedication to both professional development and to Venus’s success makes her an inspiring figure within our team.
