Spotlight Week: Adrien's Video Interview

This week, we’re introducing you to Adrien, a member of our media creation team. Adrien’s main role has been to provide illustrative elements, mainly of our swans! As the swans are the main characters of our installation, Adrien has designed each of them to have names, distinct personalities, and visuals, which will allow our participants to form a connection with the swan they choose to play as. 

In addition to the swans, Adrien has also been working on other design elements, such as marketing assets and UI elements for the game portion of our project, which has moved us forward in having a polished final product to present to the project jury and later on the festival goers. 

Adrien’s naturally bright and joyful sense of style has aided our project well. Our installation has both vibrant, upbeat themes as well as dark, bleak themes, so her work contrasts well with the later stages of the project. Despite initially having difficulties with the darker themes of our project, she has adapted very well to creating assets that cater to these themes and has overcome the initial uncertainty. 

Adrien has been a great asset to our media creation team with her proficiency in creating vector illustrations, which has provided us with high quality graphics and assets for our installation. We hope you look forward to the completed installation, which will feature her prized swans!
